Northern Land Agency is delighted to announce we are now acting on behalf of United Utilities in the disposal of their site at Heckenhurst Avenue, Burnley.
We are instructed to dispose an approximately 3.5 acre portion of the site which benefits from a residential allocation for 35 units.
